Terms of Use, Reprint/Reproduction Permission, Copyright, Logo, Translations

Contact info@nurturings.org about permissions and rights, including translations, for any Nurturings information, or that of any of its programs, brands or affiliates, including Attachment Parenting International (API) and Attached at the Heart.

Many Nurturings resources are the result of collaborative efforts by thousands of volunteer parents and professionals from around the world who have donated their time and talents to advance our shared mission. Dedicated and hard-working volunteers have always been the driving force behind the information and services we create and share with families.

Our collaborative content is freely available for use in return for appropriate attribution and credit.

Copyright-protected material includes, but is not limited to, all content produced under the "Attached at the Heart" book, brand, and related professional training and parenting class curricula. Specific use terms and agreements are provided for professional training and use. Other permissions are described below.

Reprint/Reproduction Permission

Copyright law permits an individual to make one copy of any material for personal, noncommercial purposes only. Any other reproduction or photocopy of Nurturings content, in its entirety or an excerpt, by any individual or entity requires permission from Nurturings, whether for print, online, or broadcast purposes. Depending on the use, a fee may apply. Permission is granted on a nonexclusive, one-time use only.

Permission is required for each separate product to be shared. Permission granted for one product does not convey permission granted for another, even if the copyright of both is held by Nurturings, a specific Nurturings publication, issue of publication, or the same author.

Some of Nurturings content has been reprinted with permission from another organization or individual. Nurturings does not hold the copyright to these materials. Permission to reproduce these materials must be obtained from the copyright holder, not Nurturings. The same Terms of Use are applied to advertisements.

Unless agreed otherwise, any reprint must be used in its entirety, unedited (except for minor proofreading to change style, such as from AP to APA style), and accompanied by a statement that denotes the article's origins and copyright:

By (author name), (publication name), reprinted with permission by Nurturings, www.Nurturings.org. Copyright (year). All rights reserved.

Once requests have been processed, a permission agreement will be emailed detailing conditions of use. If a request requires a fee, payment is due before reprint permission will be granted.

Logo Use

Unauthorized use of any of Nurturings, API or affiliate logos is prohibited.

Nurturings provides special logos for multiple brands, events, programs and groups. Permissions for these logos are subject to specific terms and conditions.
